Help to Stop Smoking
This stop smoking program provides a unique strategy (BMSA, or Brief, Multi Sensory Activation) that quickly eliminates urges to smoke, whether these are chemical or psychological.  Put simply, this stop smoking program works because it attends so precisely to the unique reasons which each smoker has for maintaining their addiction.

The devastating effects of smoking are so universal and self evident, the scientific proofs so forceful and the statistical verifications so obvious, that most countries in the world, led by the World Health Organization, consider tobacco addiction to be such a serious public health problem that radical measures, even including prohibition, have been introduced to fight against it.

But at the same time, the effectiveness of the well-known treatments that aim to help people stop smoking is so low that the enormous majority of smokers who try those stop smoking programs fail in their attempt.

The objective of this stop smoking program is to make available the most effective techniques to put smoking habits in the past, quickly and definitively. We address you as an individual, attending not only to general reasons and challenges, but to your quite specific array of physical, mental, emotional, psychological and habitual issues.

This stop smoking program has been used to help many, many people, across all ages groups and on two continents, to stop smoking, quickly and permanently. And ex-smokers who have graduated from our programs have passed the program on to other smokers, in other countries.

Data shows that for every one hundred people who correctly practice the program, between 75% and 85%  will stop smoking and continue to be non-smoking even a YEAR LATER.

The structure of Your Stop Smoking Program

PART 3, the "Engine" of the program, describes the most powerful combined strategy to leave smoking behind, NOW!  Here we take you step by step through our proven program which has the highest possible probability of helping you become a non-smoker, quickly and permanently.

PART 4, “Helping others who want to stop smoking",  discusses how to help others to also become non-smokers.

    * Smart strategies to help relatives who smoke and who don't know how to stop smoking, or have not been able to
    * The most internationally-accepted strategies to prevent children and adolescents from taking up cigarettes in the first place      

Workplace Program

When run in the workplace, the stop smoking program commences with a full-day workshop which provides rapid overview of Parts 1 and 2, and also gives solid practice of the actual strategy and techniques used to eliminate the actual desire to smoke for each person.

This is followed by 12 1/2-day workshops over 12 weeks, where participants are helped to refine their use of the strategy and techniques, and to get personalised help to ensure their progress.

Concurrent with this period, participants work with the on-line forum in order to get assistance and support at any time, including working through the steps of the stop smoking program.

Fees

Fees are negotiated in each case dependent upon associated costs.  As an indication of the fee payable, for a group size of 20, fees are $2500 per day plus venue, travel and accommodation where necessary. 

Doing the Program Totally On-Line

You can readily do the program totally on line, and this is covered in the purchase of the "Becoming a Non-Smoker" Program in our products section.  On payment for the program, which is just $US67, you receive an automatic welcome letter which explains how to register and enrol for on-line support.

Doing the Program Individually

Not everyone finds group programs appropriate, and you are welcome to register for individual therapy if you prefer.  This can be delivered anywhere in the world by email, skype, VoIP and web cam if you have that facility.  It can also be delivered locally in Perth face to face or by telephone.  The cost is $160 per hour, and usually 3-6 sessions are required.
