NLP Training,
NLP Corporate Training
Powerful
Negotiation
A 2-Day
Training Program
This program is designed to equip participants with the personal
capacity and high-level communication skills required for successful
negotiation, whether in the context of corporate deal making, dealing
with difficult people in the workplace, or managing unco-operative
clients or even children with behavioural challenges.
This training has 5 components:
1 The number 1 skill - Rapport, how to
make it, how to break it, deliberately and strategically
2 Embedded commands/directive language -
Power communication
3 Understanding unique motivational
triggers - Linguistic flexibility in adapting to different thinking
styles
4 The 3 questions - Unlocking anyone's
highest value, and thereby identifying their primary motivator (beyond
anything else)
5 The "close" - 4 statements that tie all
of the above together to construct an unassailable offer/proposal
Of course such a training doesn't mean that people turn into
"manipulation machines". Rather, there is an increased
understanding of how others think and decide, if anything more respect
for how we differ in the way we conceptualise and process information,
and an ability to build a more flexible approach to the negotiation
process.
It is these factors that lead to an increase in successful outcomes
from the negotiation process, and increased trust and a co-operative
spirit in future negotiations. There's a lot of talk about
"win-win". Win-win as a concept is quite deficient compared
to what is possible. These skills help a negotiator to be
very powerful and effective, but similarly empower the other person, at
the same time leading to enhanced understanding of opposing or
alternative positions.
