After many years' experience designing and delivering corporate training programs, we first ran this program as a clinical study in 2003.  The average increase in turnover of the sales people who participated was 598%, even though 2 participants, who would not put into practice the methods taught, got nil result.

How We Derived This Exact Program

In seeking world's best practice, we examined top sales people over the last 50 years, starting with the brilliant Frank Bettger, probably the world's first "scientific salesman", and we examined how the top advertising agencies strategise to get clients calling them. As is usually the case when we examine these top performers, we didn't just get the strategies they thought they were using, we got the unconscious strategies they couldn't have told you even if they wanted to. Because they themselves didn't even know they were using them.

We documented and tested the inside secrets that even the insiders didn't know they had. The result is that now there is a whole range of
predictive strategies that put you right in the driver's seat of the sales process. In other words, you can actually mathematically calculate your own Unique Sales Equation, giving you total control over the end result.  This is as true for sales managers setting team goals, as it is for single consultants running their own business.

And it's important to realise this doesn't mean working harder. What we've created in this program is the true representation of working smarter! We've found not only how to achieve better relationships and much greater responsiveness from your current database, but also how to improve the strategies you use to acquire streams of warm, qualified referrals.

This is not a superficial treatment of selling skills. This is a high-level training constituting over 90 hours of coursework, and we hold your hand every step of the way. There's even a "fasttrack" forum for the truly desperate, who need to know what to do RIGHT NOW to get them out a losing streak and right back to the land of living as fast as possible!

In this training you will:

  • Learn why traditional sales training has let you down, not only wasting your time but resulting in disappointing outcomes and in the end being unsustainable. You'll learn the real reasons for inadequate performance and see very clearly what needs to happen, and how, so that you can achieve much more optimistic sales goals. 

  • Learn that you have a Unique Selling Equation, which can be modified and mathematically exploited in the service of your sales goals. Each company has its own Unique Selling Equation, because each environment is unique. You cannot simply clone another company's strategies. 

  • So not only can you now actually calculate and depend upon sales goals, you stop wasting time on things that you thought were working, but weren't.  Your team is freed up to execute the most productive strategies, according to clear evidence. 

  • Learn the various mechanisms to eliminate cold calling and get potential clients calling YOU instead. Some of the keys to this are strategic networking (a whole lot of NEW things to learn and old unproven conventional strategies to UNLEARN), and modern viral marketing mechanisms which people pass on because of their relevance and value. Certainly almost everyone needs to cold call to begin with, but these are the keys to eliminating that inefficient activity as quickly as possible!  

  • Learn how to ask the questions that work.  If only you will ask these 3 simple questions, not only will your client tell you HOW to sell to them, but they'll tell you the very words they need to hear from you in order to decide to purchase. Although this technique may seem magical, it does require intelligent practice and application.  We're with you every step of the way.  

  • Learn how to get rid of mental blocks that have held you back! Before this training program, people were told to use visualisation or willpower to overcome fear, nerves or doubt. Studies consistently show that willpower fails to impact on performance! Instead, we teach simple techniques from a new field of psychology (BMSA, Brief Multi-Sensory Activation) where you can rapidly and permanently eliminate any mental block that might be standing in your way.

    In clinical trials, we've actually used these techniques to eliminate even chronic physical pain, that's how powerful they are! If they can eliminate chronic pain, they can certainly deal very readily with any fears, nerves or doubt that are interfering with excellent performance.

30-Day Monitoring

Even the best sales training becomes unsustainable unless it becomes "grooved in" just as any new skill.  Good sales training is not just about strategies, but about continuing, supervised practice.  Every participant is assisted to gather historical, statistical data which is then refined into a detailed and documented strategy that he or she commits to undertake on a daily basis.

It is this documented strategy, in combination with expert supervision, that not only leads to the achievement of quite striking sales goals, but ensures the behaviour becomes a habit, and simultaneously teaches the team leader how to set and achieve almost any sales goal he/she chooses.

Fees

Fees are negotiated in each case dependent upon associated costs.  As an indication of the fee payable, for a group size of 20, fees are $2500 per day plus venue, travel and accommodation where necessary.  Daily monitoring and reporting is charged at a negotiated rate dependent upon the number of supervisees and the level of assistance by the team leader.

This fee does not include pre-program investigation if required.

Doing the Program Totally On-Line

You can readily do the program totally on line, and this is covered in the purchase of the "Take Your Team to the Top" Program mentioned above.  On payment for the program, you receive an automatic welcome letter which explains how to register and enrol.

Doing the Program Individually

Not everyone finds group programs appropriate, and you are welcome to register for individual training if you prefer.  This can be delivered anywhere in the world by email, skype, VoIP and web cam if you have that facility.  It can also be delivered locally in Perth face to face or by telephone.  The cost is $160 per hour.
