In a challenging and stressful environment, it is not uncommon to find teams which have deadlocked in their search for solutions to challenges.  The Creative Problem Solving Program addresses this crucial task quickly, easily, and comfortably for all concerned.

About the Program

The morning section of the program is dedicated to tools and techniques which may be utilised in problem solving:  brain mapping, logical levels, removing the blocks, and creative communication.  It is highly recommended that groups immediately implement their theoretical and practical skills by taking on a real-life challenge under the guidance of the facilitator in the afternoon section.

Fees

Fees are negotiated in each case dependent upon associated costs.  As an indication of the fee payable, for a group size of 20, fees are $2500 per day plus venue, travel and accommodation where necessary.

This fee does not include pre-program investigation if required.
