The Lifeworks Group, founded in 1999, is a researcher and provider of innovative and rapid approaches to deal with a range of problems which not only prevent people from being productive, but which also affect quality of life.

Individual Consultation - whether individuals have psychological problems such as depression, or require help to overcome other issues impacting on professional performance, 3-6 consultation sessions are often enough to get a highly satisfactory result.  Individual programs may be undertaken where formation of training groups is not feasible.

On-going Research - The Lifeworks Group has a very strong on-going commitment to stringent testing of its therapy and training approaches, and has conducted three separate clinical studies over the past three years.
